Hair-bulbs
Only use of the micro camera can help to identify this group of
diseases.
Anagen
hair-bulbs
These are found in the developmental period, 4-6 years at females
and 3-5 years at males. 85% of the hairs on the head are in their
anagen period.
Abnormal changes cannot be seen on the hair-bulb. Wild root foundation
can be noticed and as a consequence, the hairs have a good keratin
formation.
Mildly injured hair-bulb in anagen period
We can detect small differences between an injured hair-bulb compared
with a healthy one. This injury causes curl and deformation of the
hair-bulb.
Dystrophy hair-bulb
Generally the roof of the hair-bulb is thinner than the hair. This
anomaly causes weakening of the hair and hair loss.
Atrophy hair-bulb
The hair-bulb gets little nutriment and it is in a greasy or very
dry environment. In this case there is a serious blood-circulation
problem.
Astifity hair-bulb
The hair-bulb has need of water and nutritive. Its form is curly
and is continuously becoming thinner.
Esklamative hair-bulb
The hair-bulb is similar to an exclamation mark! In this case we
can expect to see hair loss, need of water and nutriment.
