Anagen hair-bulbs

These are found in the developmental period, 4-6 years at females and 3-5 years at males. 85% of the hairs on the head are in their anagen period.
Abnormal changes cannot be seen on the hair-bulb. Wild root foundation can be noticed and as a consequence, the hairs have a good keratin formation.

Mildly injured hair-bulb in anagen period

We can detect small differences between an injured hair-bulb compared with a healthy one. This injury causes curl and deformation of the hair-bulb.

Dystrophy hair-bulb

Generally the roof of the hair-bulb is thinner than the hair. This anomaly causes weakening of the hair and hair loss.

Atrophy hair-bulb

The hair-bulb gets little nutriment and it is in a greasy or very dry environment. In this case there is a serious blood-circulation problem.

Astifity hair-bulb

The hair-bulb has need of water and nutritive. Its form is curly and is continuously becoming thinner.

Esklamative hair-bulb

The hair-bulb is similar to an exclamation mark! In this case we can expect to see hair loss, need of water and nutriment.
